Dear customer,

You're about to consider spending real money — sometimes a great deal of it — on hardware you may never physically touch before it arrives. That asks for trust. So here, in plain language, is exactly what you can expect from me.

1. Honest pricing

Retail cards show their real suggested price. Datacenter GPUs and full racks are sold by quote in the real world, so I show them as “Request a quote” and label any ballpark figure clearly as an estimate. I will never dress up a made-up number as a firm price. The quote you receive is the price you pay — no surprise fees bolted on at the end.

2. No account, no pressure

You never have to create an account or hand over a payment card to use this site or request a quote. Ask for a build, leave a name and one way to reach you, and that's it. I store only what you send me, and I use it only to get back to you about your request — never sold, never rented, never spammed.

3. The right build, even if it's the smaller one

My advice is not tied to the price tag. If a single card does what you need, I'll steer you to the single card. If a stack of desktop cards won't honestly run the model you have in mind, I'll tell you that too — before you buy, not after.

4. Returns & warranty

Unopened retail cards may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Every product carries its manufacturer's warranty, and I'll help you use it if something fails. Custom-configured datacenter systems follow the terms written into your individual quote — spelled out before you ever commit.

5. Shipping & support

Desktop and workstation cards ship fast and insured. Server GPUs and racks are scheduled with you directly, because a 120-kilowatt rack is not a doorstep drop-off. Questions after delivery are always welcome — a sale isn't the end of the conversation.

6. Power & safety, up front

Every build on this site shows its full power draw and everyday-life equivalents, so nobody is surprised by their electricity bill or cooling needs. If a build won't fit your room or your circuit, I'd rather you know on this page than on installation day.
